No process is completed without rigorous quality control testing, also critical manufacturing parameters, starting from magnetic separator, mixing, extrusion, pulverising, and Blending are closely monitored to maintain uniform quality. A controlled particle size distribution ensures higher transfer efficiency, uniform film thickness, smooth surface finish, and reduced powder wastage. Every batch undergoes online testing for colour and gloss consistency, film thickness (DFT), adhesion, impact resistance, curing performance, and surface uniformity at specific frequency to ensure homogeneity throughout the batch.
